Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports journey at age 14. As well as BJJ classes, she also trained in wrestling, boxing and kickboxing. In the age of 18, Ladd made her first appearance as an amateur in WCFC. Ladd then went on to take down three opponents consecutively at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents were finished within the first minute. In WCFC Ladd was able to defeat Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen has already beaten Silvia Baeghian as well as Maddy Simmons, before taking the fight to Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen, and beat her in a unanimously voted victory. Aspen was a pro-fighter for the first time in the year 2015, when she signed as a player with Invicta FC. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the bout in the one round with a TKO. Invicta Fc16 was Aspen's debut fight as a bantamweight. She defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in the second round. Aspen employed the strong skills she had learned in wrestling to defeat McGill. She won the fight with a an KO (3rd round) (elbows, punches). Aspen later fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, weighing catchweight (138.1lb) As Ladd had missed weight. However, Aspen was able to beat Hoy. Aspen won her fight by KO in the 2nd round. Invicta FC 21, she was victorious in her last fight for the promotion with a unanimous decision. Her UFC debut came on UFC Fight Night 118 when she faced Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina and then pounded her on the ground for a second-round TKO victory. Ladd continued to dominate and scored an even amazing victory in her subsequent bout against Tonya Evinger at UFC 229. Ladd was able to defeat Evinger in the very first round and earned a reward for her performance on the night. Her first fight of note came with her next bout in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in an Invicta FC rematch. Ladd took home the night's main event fight bonus, after both fighters had an intense fight back and forth. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie was able to finish the fight in just 16 seconds and stop Ladd and her streak. After a short break after which she went on to beat Yana Kunizkaya during the UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. As a last-minute replacement to her UFC fight, she took on Norma Dumont during UFC Fight Night 195. She was defeated by a unanimous decision.
